Software for the Settings’ Calculations of Multicomponent Stream

About the Project:

This project intends to introduce the scientific research results in the form of made technical decisions to the calibration process of the multicomponent metering system. This system is used for the measurement of the produced oil amount. Produced well oil is mixed with water, gas and earth grains. Solid grains are easy to filter without further transportation but the division of the rest mixture into separate components requires a complex and expensive equipment. So it’s cost-effective the equipment to gather the mixture from many oil wells to the equipment, transporting it for tens and even hundreds km from oil extraction places.

At the same time the government demands an exact amounting of produced oil and gas of every oil well. A great demand arises in an exact count of separate components in real time within the mixture which is not an easy task in technical as well as in scientific point of view. It’s such a relevant objective that is included to the list of the science priority area by the Russian Academy of Science.

This project offers the problems solution in the form of the finished algorithms and software, ready to be introduced to the measurement systems.

The following services are offered to a consumer:

- algorithm elaboration for the measurement systems;

- algorithm introduction into the systems in the form of a software;

- the equipment of the systems with optional features;

- the design of a service software for the service system.
